{Half Day Friday}

Logan usually schedule's himself "Half Day Friday's" We love spending Friday's together and we always try to get out of the house and do something together. (Some weeks are more exciting then others.) Anyways, today was really fun! We went to downtown Portland. It was especially fun because it was chilly outside and it is starting to look all Christmasy! I finally got to wear my new coat! :o) We shared a peppermint hot chocolate, bundled Baylor up in his stroller, walked around, and did a little shopping. Oh... and we went out to eat.. TWICE. I'll explain later...They were in the process of putting the lights on the Christmas tree in Pioneer Square. They had the twinkly lights in all the other trees along the streets. YAY! I can't wait for CHRISTMAS! I love pushing a stroller. It's probably one of my favorite things about being a Mom. I love having my handy cupholders and compartments for my keys/cellphone and I love having a basket to store all of my stuff. I don't know how I ever went without a stroller... to think I used to have to carry my bags and hold my own cups...We had Baylor bundled up under two blankets. He looked so cute with his happy little face poking out beneath the blankets. He was so happy the whole time!
We went to BabyGap (My personal favorite store for baby clothes) and found him this cute striped thingy (I don't know what to call it) I love it though cause it's all one peice.. I'm so sick of socks falling off! Anyways, I think it's super cute so I had to get a picture :O)

Okay so the reason we went to dinner TWICE is because while we were in Portland we found this Wild Buffalo Wing place (I already forgot what it's called..) Logan said he used to go there in Vegas when he was on his mission and he LOVED it. We figured we might as well try it since we were there! Well it was disgusting so we didn't eat much. Thank goodness we shared anyways! Not too long after we went to Beach's to celebrate my friend Kathyrn's Birthday. We were planning on just getting dessert but since we didn't eat much of our first dinner we ordered food again (and dessert of course!) I've never gone out to eat twice in one night like that... so that was kinda weird, but fun. We shared both times so we didn't waste too much money. The second dinner was much better! Happy Birthday Kathryn! Oh and for the record... Baylor is keeping me awake so that is why I am posting this at 2:00 AM!

Cousins♥

Baylor and his cutie cousin Evelyn! Aren't cousins just the best ever? I am so excited that Baylor gets to grow up living so close to so many cousins. (And grandparents/aunts/uncles!) I always wanted that growing up. In fact, I still wish that.. thankfully, my favorite cousins EVER are coming to visit soon- 13 days.. I can't wait!

Happy Halloween!!

October!

Okay so is it just me or has this October been the best EVER? The weather has been amazing! I haven't posted in my blog lately because I haven't taken much pictures... even though I should because it is beautiful outside! Anyways, I guess this is just an update of what we have been up to!

Baylor can sit up on his own now...yay! He doesn't show much interest in rolling over (he has a few times..), but he LOVES to sit up. I love taking him out in the backyard on a blanket. It's a bit chilly outside but he doesn't seem to mind!

Last week our good friends Brenna and Matt invited us to watch The Office with them. Logan and I decided to buy "The Office" DVD trivia game. We have the Friend's "Scene it" and really like it so we thought we'd try the office version. It was so much fun! In the game you compete for "Schrute Bucks." Along with trivia questions, the game had us making paper airplanes, tearing my house apart for a "#2 pencil"... and listing off Coffee brands (that wasn't easy..) I bought a Dwight Schrute notepad in the $1 section at Target and a "mixed berry" yoplait for the winner. (Anyone who REALLY knows the office would understand) ANYWAYS, the game is really fun, any challengers??? Rebecca,Lindsi,Katie?

In the last few months of my pregnancy, the thing I was most excited about OTHER than holding and snuggling my new baby.. was running again. I just couldn't wait to be able to MOVE again! My good friend Katie and I decided to run twice a week together about a month and a half ago. In between our runs I have been running solo either outside or at the Gym. I am feeling great and having sooooooo much fun running in this beautiful fall weather. I still can't believe how nice it is!!!

Everyone has their favorite things about fall. Mine is Fresh Apple Cider. Two years ago the Mays introduced it to me and I have been OBSESSED ever since. I love it. In fact.. I love it more then any dessert I can think of. I have made several trips to Joe's Farm this month... infact I need to go back today... I'm out.

We gave Baylor some rice cereal this weekend. Logan and I were so excited. I know that by the 3rd or 4th kid... parents probably don't get as excited about that stuff... but for us it was very thrilling to put food in his mouth! He loved it!

He can smile!

Baylor has been able to smile for months now, but we could never get him to smile for the camera until this week! I am so excited to finally have some pictures of his cute cute smile!

Already 4 months old! I can't beleive it!
