Girls Camp

I was called as the Stake assistant craft lady for girls camp! I can't even say how excited I was!!! I did the crafts with my friend Cami. The theme for camp this year was 'E.R. - Eternal Rewards.' We had sooooo much fun!

The Craft ladies and the Certification ladies having fun at Campfire!! It was fun to be a Stake leader because we got to do a skit.
Me and my good friend Lindsay Strong.
I got up one morning at 6am and did the Polar Bear swim with the girls in my ward. I was the ONLY adult who did it that day. I felt a little silly but... honestly, I just wanted the polar bear charm for my camp necklace! Some things never change!
Oh how I love Girls Camp! I hope to go back again... and not have to wait another 10 years!

Blueberries

I have been going to Majestic farms with my friends for years to pick Blueberries. This year I FINALLY got Logan to come out! He loved it. Hockinson is such a nice beautiful place! The weather was 70's and breezy, so fun! We stopped at the Hockinson gas station for some popsicles after. Cutest gas station I've seen!

It was so nice we didn't want to leave!
Hard to keep all these cute little fingers out of the bucket!

Sunday Afternoon

It was nice one Sunday afternoon with nothing going on so I snapped some pictures of the boys. That's always entertaining!

I just wanted one good pic....
It took me a few tries of course....

.... this is the best I could do. Bentley just couldn't take his eyes off Baylor's candy!!

My 28th Birthday

We started my Birthday the night before with a gift from Logan's parents. A giftcard to Meriwether's in Portland. We had never been there before but fell in love instantly. It was so charming and the food was fresh and delicious! It became an instant favorite for us and we can't wait to go back!!
My Mom offered to watch my boys for the day. So I wanted to do something that would be difficult to do with them. So we headed East on 84.....
Our first stop was downtown Troutdale. Last fall I noticed there was a cute little downtown area just up from the outlets. I'd been wanting to check it out since then... so for my Birthday I decided to cross it off my to do list! I LOVED it. As many know, I'm a shopper. So discovering a new fun place to shop is like finding gold for me! I fell in LOVE with 'The General store.' It had a little bit of everything. Home decor, candy, toys and food. We had the yummiest lunch. Also, we wandered into the basement area and found the cutest vintage decor for every season! It was like I'd died and gone to heaven!
I have never seen so many awesome Halloween decorations in one place! After a little shopping and a yummy lunch we headed to Multnomah Falls and hiked to the top!

View from the top
and of course Logan had to stop by the Snack Bar afterwards for some Pizza and Ice Cream.

We ended the day perfectly with my parents and boys at my Mom's house. She made my favorite chocolate cake and we sat outside in the sun. This may have been my best birthday yet!
