Baylor's Blessing

Baylor was blessed on Sunday. It was a perfect day! The weather was nice, and it was wonderful having our families altogether at church. Logan and I were worried that Baylor would cry during the blessing..but he was happy and quiet thank goodness!

{Summer Fun}

Logan's parent's have a beautiful pool.. and we are lucky to enjoy it every summer. Usually Baylor is sleeping while we are swimming... but yesterday he woke up so we lathered him up with sunscreen and took him for his first "dip." Once he got used to the water he loved it! Lindsi and Callie took Evelyn and Cody in for the first time too. My good friend Emily from Texas sent this cute "Baylor" shirt from Baylor University. I LOVE IT! I'm so glad he fits in it now!

It is so fun having my very own baby to play with!

4th of July (finally!)

My computer always has trouble uploading pictures for some reason so it takes several tries.... I have been trying to get these pictures on for weeks! Anyways, 4th of July is always sooooo much fun! We have a big BBQ with the Mays and the Dyers, along with a pool party.... followed by an AMAZING firework show. Also- the Mays make the BEST homemade ice cream.. and every year we look forward to it!

He is almost two months old... how did that happen?! It goes by too fast! I love these PJ's Logan bought him.. he is just so snuggly!

Sunny Weekend at the Beach!

This weekend we went to Seaside for the May Family Reunion. We stayed in a big beachhouse. We played games, ate yummy food and hungout in downtown Seaside, Cannon beach and Astoria. The best part was that it was BEAUTIFUL weather! I have a lot of memories of the Oregon Coast, but very few include sunshine! It was awesome!

Baby Baylor

My computer has not been cooperating so I am a little behind on my blogging! I wanted to get a few of my favorite pictures of our little Baylor. Baylor was born June 4th @ 2:13 PM. Two days early :O) The delivery did not go quite as I planned. His heart rate dropped and I ended up getting knocked out and having an emergency C-Section. It was VERY scary, but he came out healthy thank goodness! The recovery has been harder then I originally anticipated. My Mom has been a HUGE help! (Thanks Mom :O) It's been 2 weeks and I am finally starting to feel like myself again... for the most part! Logan and I absolutely love our new baby boy.. we love being parents and having our own little family!
