I haven't been the best blogger lately. I'm not the best at toting my camera around, but here are a few pictures from December!
Our tree! One of my very favorite things at Christmas time is wrapping presents! All of my gifts are wrapped immediatly and under my tree!
Every year we look forward to Lori's annual 'Gingerbread house birthday party!' This year she went all out and made homemade gingerbread houses. It was awesome. And I loved snacking on the extra gingerbread men!
Our good friends Brenna and Matt introduced us to the game 'Settlers of Catan.' Have you played it? If you like Monopoly (long drawn out games that require a lot of strategy) then you will LOVE this one. It's right up my ally. I 've got both my brothers hooked. I'm still working on Logan though.

Lori does a live nativity with all the grandkids every year. This year her and Lindsi made this awesome backdrop. 'The guys' were all wisemen, and Baylor was a sheep with the other two 'babies' (I should start calling them toddlers but whatever, they are babies to me!) They were perfect as sheep... they did lots of grazing. So much that I didn't get a good picture!
When Logan came out for his part Baylor got so excited and started clapping. It was quite adorable! Afterwards we watching our Lip Sync Video's and opened gifts. Then we headed out to Battle Ground. At this point I was camera-less since I forgot mine at the May's. (So typical of me!) We played a white elephant game and sang Christmas Carols. (A tradition since we were little!) My Mom said she wasn't doing the PJ tradition for us kids anymore, just the grandkids... but she surprised us. I must admit it wouldn't feel like Christmas Eve with out a new pair of Jammie's! Baylor got some from BOTH Grandma's so he was lucky to have a new pair for Christmas Eve and Christmas!
We had our own little Christmas morning at home. It was wonderful! I love the 'Christmas morning MESS' it's probably the only time I like to see a mess! (Who can complain about wrapping paper and presents!)
Lori and Verne stopped by for a short visit and then we headed out to Battle Ground for a big Christmas dinner, more presents and lots of laying around. (Just the way Christmas should be) I unfortunatly felt flu-ish the whole day... so I took it easy, and did not take many photos. Despite that, it was still a wonderful Christmas! Hope yours was great too!
We had a really fun get together at the Jensen's on New Years Eve! New Years just wouldn't be the same without Martinelli's!!!

Every year I think I will be so sad that Christmas is over, but after a couple days I always get super excited for a new year! We have been doing lots of projects in the house, including getting our rooms ready for 'the boys!' We are so excited!!! I'll post some pictures once we finish what we've started!

We love Settlers of Catan. I've been playing it for several years now. You look great! How is this pregnancy for you compared to Baylor's? I'm still afraid to get pregnant again because of how NOT fun the last one was.

What the heck, I didn't know that Brenna was pregnant!!! How fun having 2 of your best friends pregnant at the same time as you!! Baylor is so adorable!! Your Christmas festivities looked wonderful...happy new year!
What a ton of fun!!! Wait until your new baby boy come you'll wonder why you are ever holding Baylor cause he will be so so so huge compared to the new one. Settlers huh? Tell me if you ever get Logan to like it.
P.S. you look so cute pregnant. even when your not too. But I am so jealous if I looked that cute I might have another.
First off, thank you for the darling Christmas card. I enjoyed looking at it every time I came to my fridge...which is quite often. :)
Looks like you had a fun holiday. I love the whole nativity set up. Wow..i'm impressed! It's very authentic, almost like you were there! What a fun tradition.
Baylor looked happy with his toys & wrapping paper scattered. Teeg has that same race car.
How fun to be prego with your friends. You can empathize with one another...the back aches, heartburn, and such.

oh my dear friend -- HELLO!! i forgot all about this whole blogspot thing!! but i hope you and your little family are doing well. we need to have a reunion soon! i want to meet your hubby dew and little baby boy!! but i just love reading your blogs (whenever i remember to get on here. i'am always on facebook -- maybe you'll get one soon!!)
i can not believe how much time has flew by. the last time i saw you was ages ago. we were still in high school and still so young -- and now...look at us. your a wife and mommy and still an amazing crafty person!! i love your tree!! and i'am just the same old crazy latyda with an amazing fiancé and family. but everytime i think about the good ol days at HHS -- you are always in my thoughts...along with the other crazy people we hungout with.
but tell me how you are doing please -- email me or something. but i really do wish you the best of luck with your new baby boy and your family!! i hope yo hear from you soon my friend.
