Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I haven't been the best blogger lately. I'm not the best at toting my camera around, but here are a few pictures from December!
Our tree! One of my very favorite things at Christmas time is wrapping presents! All of my gifts are wrapped immediatly and under my tree!
Every year we look forward to Lori's annual 'Gingerbread house birthday party!' This year she went all out and made homemade gingerbread houses. It was awesome. And I loved snacking on the extra gingerbread men!
Our good friends Brenna and Matt introduced us to the game 'Settlers of Catan.' Have you played it? If you like Monopoly (long drawn out games that require a lot of strategy) then you will LOVE this one. It's right up my ally. I 've got both my brothers hooked. I'm still working on Logan though.
Here's Baylor on Christmas eve. He loves Grandpa's train, as do all the grandchildren!
Lori does a live nativity with all the grandkids every year. This year her and Lindsi made this awesome backdrop. 'The guys' were all wisemen, and Baylor was a sheep with the other two 'babies' (I should start calling them toddlers but whatever, they are babies to me!) They were perfect as sheep... they did lots of grazing. So much that I didn't get a good picture!
When Logan came out for his part Baylor got so excited and started clapping. It was quite adorable! Afterwards we watching our Lip Sync Video's and opened gifts. Then we headed out to Battle Ground. At this point I was camera-less since I forgot mine at the May's. (So typical of me!) We played a white elephant game and sang Christmas Carols. (A tradition since we were little!) My Mom said she wasn't doing the PJ tradition for us kids anymore, just the grandkids... but she surprised us. I must admit it wouldn't feel like Christmas Eve with out a new pair of Jammie's! Baylor got some from BOTH Grandma's so he was lucky to have a new pair for Christmas Eve and Christmas!

We had our own little Christmas morning at home. It was wonderful! I love the 'Christmas morning MESS' it's probably the only time I like to see a mess! (Who can complain about wrapping paper and presents!)

Lori and Verne stopped by for a short visit and then we headed out to Battle Ground for a big Christmas dinner, more presents and lots of laying around. (Just the way Christmas should be) I unfortunatly felt flu-ish the whole day... so I took it easy, and did not take many photos. Despite that, it was still a wonderful Christmas! Hope yours was great too!

We had a really fun get together at the Jensen's on New Years Eve! New Years just wouldn't be the same without Martinelli's!!!

Me with two of my very best friends Katie and Brenna! I LOVE that we are all pregnant at the same time!!!!! There was lots of baby talk that night!

Every year I think I will be so sad that Christmas is over, but after a couple days I always get super excited for a new year! We have been doing lots of projects in the house, including getting our rooms ready for 'the boys!' We are so excited!!! I'll post some pictures once we finish what we've started!

It's a Miracle!!!

After years and years of begging we finally got a family picture. My Mom decided to invest in tri-pod and take the pictures today (Sunday) since that is the only day we can all manage to get together. I think it turned out pretty dang cute. I'm SO happy! Thank you Mom!

What a Weekend

This last weekend Logan and I had a fun stay at Skamania Lodge. It is in Columbia Gorge.
Baylor had a fun sleepover with Grandma, and we had so much fun RELAXING! We had a yummy yummy dinner, enjoyed the hot-tub (me for only a couple minutes, and then I enjoyed the step.) and of course we enjoyed the ambiance of the lodge and our cozy room. We ordered room service a couple times too and that was fun!

I can't beleive how much I missed this guy from just one night away. The next day was Halloween. Baylor was a cute little monkey. We decided not to take him trick or treating. Next year we will for sure. We went over to Lindsi's for a little while. So he was able to run around with his cousins a little bit. Afterwards we headed back to our house where we had fun with some of our good friends and ate wayy to much food!
Logan in his super scary mask!

Fall is here {Finally!}

I loved this weekend. It was great!
I got to see my good friend Natalie & her adorable baby girl Jane.

Logan and I had a fun night out with our friends and did this corn maze on Sauvie Island, followed by dinner at Stanford's. Baylor did good for the babysitter too which was icing on the cake :)
We went to our ward's 'Hillbilly Ho-Down.' It was so much fun and the theme was too cute. I was dying over all of the creative decor. Good job Callie and the activities committee :)
Logan has been doing lots of pumpkin carving. He made a really cute Elmo pumpkin for Baylor but it is now smashed in the street thanks to the punk kids in our neighborhood. It was cute while it lasted. RIP Elmo. haha

AND.. Lastly, I made my way OUT of the first trimester!
Yes, I'm pregnant and SUPER excited!

♥Wedding Week♥

Last week Baylor and I went to Idaho Falls for my cousin Lexie's wedding. Anyone that knows me well knows that I love love love to be with the Hirschi's (my cousins, aunt and uncle!) I have been so excited about this trip since the moment I found out Lexie was engaged!
A couple nights before the wedding Nick (Lexie's fiance) left for a bachelor party. We made a joke that we should throw her a bachelorette party. It started out as a joke.. but then it became very real. We gave her our wedding gifts, made cookies, hung up some not-so-cute decorations and watched some wedding videos (mine and Brittany's.) Our 'party' didn't start until about 11:30 PM.. but it was soo fun!
Lexie in her apron that I gave her :)
Me and my cousin Brittany (Lexie's sis) with our babies. Camdyn was born a few months before Baylor.
My Aunt Nanette has a way of making everything extra fun. Instead of just doing a dinner the night before the wedding Nanette did a Halloween dinner. She did a dinner in a pumpkin, 'moldy bone' bread sticks and Eyeball (grape) salad. It was so yummy and the decor was too cute. We played Halloween bingo afterwards.. and Baylor debuted his Halloween costume.
Lexie was married in the Idaho Falls Temple.
Logan came for the weekend. I'm so glad he was there!

The reception was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't beleive it.
This picture does no justice.
The kids had lots of fun dancing. Why is it so stinking cute when babies dance? I could watch them for hours.

Bridesmaids :)
Me and the beautiful bride!

Lastly, my tired little Baylor. He was very worn out by the end of the night. He took a little break and then went back on the dance floor after this little fit.

♥Sweet Thing

Ever since I heard 'I wanna love somebody' on the movie 'How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days' I have been a HUGE fan of Keith Urban.
(Do you remember that, during the motorcycle scene?)
My Mom and Aunt Nanette are well... obsessed. They have gone to several Keith Urban concerts together. This time my Mom took whoever wanted to go.. so me, Mackenzie and Kyle took her up on the offer. Let me tell you- IT WAS AMAZING! I loved it. I was already a huge fan but now I love him even more!
